VBS Camper

- Welcome!
  
  We are excited you are interested in registering your child for Vacation Bible School! Our camp week is sure to be full of adventure as we celebrate God's greatness. Please consider the following when you register.
  
  Camp is Monday - Friday, June 9-13, 9:15am - 12:15pm (Sign-in begins at 8:45am)
  
  Parent/Guardian must register their camper.
  
  Parents must drop off and pick up campers at the doors of the Bishop Kelly Parish Center each day.
  
  Please park and walk-up.
  
  If a camper shows symptoms of illness at any time, a parent will be notified for an immediate pickup. Please DO NOT bring sick campers to VBS.
  
  If you need to cancel your registration, please do so online and
  
  **NOTE** No Refunds Will be Given.
  
  Registration will close when we have reached capacity or by Monday, May 26th at 12:00pm.
  
  Discount of $10 per camper with Parent/Guardian Volunteer registration
  
  **NOTE** You must register as an Adult Volunteer at the same time as camper registration.
- WHO CAN REGISTER?
  
  Adult Volunteer: Parents/Grandparents or adults 18 and over
  
  Youth Volunteer: Youth 6th - 12th grade (Fall 2025)
  
  Camper: 4yrs/PreK - 5th grade (Fall 2025)
  
  WeeBS (Nursery): 6 months - 3yrs. (Available to children of adult volunteers only)
  
  *Please note: Parent/guardian must volunteer on site the entire week of camp in order to register a WeeBS Camper.

Common Questions
- Can someone other than myself pick up my child?
  Yes, but please be sure to notify Chrystal Stalzer [email protected] in advance and give the name of the alternate pickup. The person picking up your child will be asked to show a photo ID.
- What should my child wear to camp?
  Play clothes and close-toed shoes are best. Each camper will receive a VBS t-shirt on Monday, and we would love for your child to wear their camp shirt each day. The weather will be warm, so please dress accordingly.
- My child has food allergies. Will a snack be served at VBS?
  Yes, we are serving a small snack each day of camp. We take every care and precaution to offer allergy-free snacks. If your child has a food allergy, please specify on your registration form.
- How will my child be grouped into a crew?
  Children are grouped into crews of 6-8 campers of the same grade. If you have a special friend request, please specify at registration.
- I forgot to register as a volunteer when registering my camper. Can I go back?
  Yes, please go back and register as a volunteer. **NOTE** We are unable to offer discounts after camper registration is complete.
- I registered my child for VBS, but now I need to cancel. Can I receive a refund?
  If you need to cancel your registration, you can do so at any time online. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds.
