Care Team and EM to the sick gathering

Did you know that we have many volunteers who visit Assisted Living facilities and homes and take Eucharist and pray with the people?  Our priests go as well.  Fr. Eugene wants to have a gathering with all the people who visit the sick/homebound/elderly. Is that you?
