• The pre-approved formation programs are either Whole Family Formation (5th Grade) or Fusion Youth Night (6th-8th Grade) or High School Youth Nights (9th-12th Grade).

We recognize the baptisms of other Christian faiths when baptized in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit and with water.  Before receiving the Rite of Reconciliation and Eucharist, our pastor would invite the child to make a profession of faith.  This is similar to the questions asked of the community during a baptism and the renewal of our baptismal promises we sometimes say at Mass.  The Profession of Faith is recorded in our Record of Sacrament book for Eucharist.
