Who is this BAPTISM Preparation for:
Parents with an unbaptized child in the first-fifth grade who are open to raising the child in the Catholic faith. The child being baptized also participates in aspects of the preparation journey.
About the Process:
Our Baptism Preparation Coordinator will accompany parents of the child receiving the sacrament through a step-by-step process that includes:
- Information collection
- Guidance on decisions to be made by parents
- Special session explaining Baptism with the child (and family)
- Baptism class for parent(s)
- Celebration of Baptism
- Participation in Whole Family Formation to grow together and also start preparation for First Eucharist
