This is a time dedicated to praying the Chaplet of Divine Mercy as a group in front of the Blessed Sacrament, which is a prayer given by Christ Himself to St. Faustina to be recited by the faithful to implore mercy for themselves and the whole world.
The rosary is known to be the most powerful intercessory prayer. Taking it even further, a Scriptural Rosary meditates on each mystery during a decade’s prayers by reciting a verse of Sacred Scripture between each Hail Mary or a longer passage between each decade. Join others in praying the rosary in front of the Blessed Sacrament.
Deacon David and Deacon Shawn have been participating in a Homiletics Program through the Dallas diocese. Part of the program involves soliciting parish-wide feedback for each of them. Dcn.
